The acoustic guitar is a very popular instrument for not only singer-songwriters but for beginners as well. To start you way in learning how to play the acoustic guitar, first you have to understand the fundamentals of the instrument itself.  This includes the instruments capabilities, the range of the pitch at which it can reach, and where to achieve the desired sound you want to hear.  This comes down to a mixture between three different aspects of music.  Rhythm, melody and harmony.  Although at the basic level you will only be able to play one of these at one time, it is really import to learn how to use all three if you want to be an effective and respectable musician.  Here at Asound Academy, I will show you the basics of the acoustic guitar, covering what rhythm, melody and harmony are and breaking it down to match the instrument.  As a member you will be able to access more advanced lessons and tips on how to progress, but as a non member you will only receive the basics.  As an acoustic guitar player, not only will you have portable entertainment, but you will also have a skill that will inspire not only you, but those around you to make music.  Welcome to Asound Academy, I hope the experience is worth your time!
